ROSE + MACARON (roseandmacaron.com) Effective date: October 13, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of roseandmacaron.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from ROSE + MACARON ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order on the Site.
2. Products
Our macarons are made in small batches. We try to display our products and colors as accurately as possible, but because each batch is handmade, size, color, and decoration may vary slightly from photos. These variations are normal and are not defects.
3. Allergens
Our macarons are made with almond flour and are prepared in a kitchen that also handles other ingredients, so our products may contain or come into contact with tree nuts, eggs, dairy, wheat, soy, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee that any product is free of a particular allergen. If you or anyone you are buying for has a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before ordering at roseandmacaron@gmail.com. You are responsible for deciding whether our products are safe for you and your recipients.
4. Orders and Payment
- All prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time without notice.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
- An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel any order, for example because of an error in pricing or product information or limited availability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund it in full.
- You are responsible for providing a correct email address and delivery address.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, processing times, delivery areas, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy, which is available on the Site and is part of these Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the Shipping Policy. We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Because macarons are perishable, please make sure someone can receive your package on the delivery date and refrigerate your macarons promptly. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.
6. Returns and Refunds

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the ROSE + MACARON name, logo, photographs, text, graphics, and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may share links to the Site and our products on social media.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to break any law, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, or send spam or harmful content through our contact form or newsletter signup.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
